My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Refreshments were available in public areas (a nice touch).

I found the traffic noise permeated my room. The cleaner left the room half cleaned one night. Linen was not changed as requested (a misstep).

A Mixed Bag, Decent Enough, I Suppose

The soundproofing wasn't exactly stellar. I could hear doors slamming and muffled conversations from the hallway, a bit annoying . the limited dining options were a slight disappointment. It's basically just the main restaurant and a café by the pool. I mean, it wasn't a huge deal with the massive Dubai Mall nearby, but still.

The hotel's design is undeniably cool. I loved the unique artwork and the attention to detail throughout the building. My room had a comfortable bed and large windows. Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast had lots of fresh, tasty options.

The location is ideal. It is a short taxi ride to the mall. The hotel offers shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the Kite Beach and Dubai Mall. This made accessing key attractions EASY.

Every staff member treated me amazingly, including the cleaning and valet teams. That's a great level of service. the gym had everything i needed, and i looked forward to every meal. i appreciated the pool service from ned, he was always ready to help. alberian's friendly and quick service was really good.

the rooms could benefit from slightly better sound insulation from hallway noises, but it wasn't a major issue.
